Dear Colleague,

 

Performance and Sick Absence Management in BT

 

At the Branch forum held on 4th August 2011 we discussed a letter from Tom Keeney, Director Employee Relations and Resourcing, BT Group. The contents of this letter had been considered by the T&FS Executive at their meeting the previous day.  At that time the letter was not free for publication.

 

I can now advise Branches that the letter is free to be published and I have attached a copy along with a copy of the letter I sent to BT members last week.

 

We have now begun to set meetings with each Line of Business’ and I will keep Branches informed of progress in these discussions.
