BT Operate: UK Voice Quarter 2 Efficiency Plans

Management have given notice of resourcing reductions in UK Voice during August and September 2011, the details of which are attached.

There is an issue to be addressed with regards to the proposed mix of grades going into a pre-deployment situation onto IPEX work. This is a function discharging a range of the following duties: customer service and order management roles dealing with phone calls, order requests, emails, number porting requests and general administration work. Given the mix of grades affected there is a need to resolve the actual posts and grading and this will be subject to a further report to Branches.
