Line Manager Briefing Call
A number of Branches have contacted HQ in relation to the way in which
their members have been selected to be placed in the
SDRP and the explanation given to individuals.
Please find attached a set of slides received from Openreach, which set
out the contents of an all hands call delivered to managers who may be involved
in the selection of individuals to be placed in the SDRP. These set out in some
detail the methodology used and should assist Branches in answering queries
from members and dealing with any departures from the process.
